Currently, Zuitoo is pleased to offer free delivery for all orders within India. However, please note that this is subject to change in the future depending on company needs. Any changes to the delivery fee structure will be communicated in advance.

For now, here’s how our delivery policy works:

  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders within India.
  • Zuitoo Fast Delivery (24 Hour):
    • For eligible areas, we deliver your order within 24 hour from order confirmation at no extra charge.
    • Eligibility: Fast delivery is available for select areas within our service zone. If you are in a non-eligible zone, your order will be delivered using standard shipping options.
  • Shipping Charges for Non-Fast Delivery:
    • For orders that are outside our fast delivery zone, standard shipping fees will be applied based on the delivery location and order size. You will be able to view shipping charges at checkout before confirming your order.

Important Note: Any changes to our free delivery policy or introduction of shipping fees in the future will be communicated clearly on our website and via email.

2. Payment Methods

At Zuitoo, we accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can choose from several secure options during checkout, including:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit cards.
  • UPI Payments: Use any UPI-enabled apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and more for quick and secure payments.
  • Net Banking: Pay via your bank's online transfer system.
  • Wallet Payments: You can use popular wallets such as Paytm, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay for easy payments.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations in India. You can pay in cash at the time of delivery.

3. Processing Fees

We strive to keep our fees as transparent as possible. Here are the details about any payment processing fees that may apply:

  • Credit/Debit Card Fees: Some banks or payment providers may charge a small processing fee for card transactions. This fee is not charged by Zuitoo, but is applied by the payment gateway or bank.
  • UPI/Wallet Fees: Generally, payments via UPI or digital wallets do not incur additional processing fees, but this may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • EMI (Equated Monthly Installments): If you opt to pay via EMI, your bank or financial institution may charge a small processing fee. This will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): There is generally no extra fee for choosing COD, but Zuitoo reserves the right to charge a nominal handling fee for certain COD orders. This will be displayed before checkout.

4. Taxes & GST

  • All product prices listed on Zuitoo are exclusive of taxes. Taxes such as GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be calculated and added at the checkout page.
  • GST Rates: The GST rate applicable to your order will depend on the product category. Zuitoo will display the final tax amount on your order confirmation page before payment.
  • State-Level Taxes: Some states may also apply state-level taxes based on delivery location.

5. Refund & Cancellation Fees

  • Refunds: If you request a return within the 60-minute return window (for eligible products), Zuitoo will issue a full refund for the product price to your original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item from our end.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • Orders can be canceled before shipment with no cancellation fee.
    • After shipment, if you wish to cancel, you will need to return the product and cover any return shipping fees. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
