Return Policy - 60-Minute Window After Delivery.

At Zuitoo, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of Men’s & Women’s Clothing, Shirts, Jeans, Dresses, and Kids’ Clothing. We offer a 2 days return window from the time the product is delivered to your doorstep.
If you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll make things right!
Return & Refund Conditions.
- 2 Days Return Window: You have 2 days from the time of delivery to request a return or exchange for your product.

Eligibility for Return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Clothing tags must still be attached to the items.
- The product must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories (e.g., belts, buttons, hangers, etc.).
- Kids' Clothing is also covered under this policy, as long as the item is unused and unwashed.

How to Initiate a Return:
- For Clothing Items: If you wish to return an item, contact us via email at [Zuitoo.help@gmail.com] within 24 hour of receiving your delivery.
- Provide the order number, delivery confirmation, and a brief description of the reason for the return (e.g., size issues, wrong product, etc.).
- You may be asked to provide photo evidence showing the condition of the item if there are issues (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Return Process:
- Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to our returns address. You will receive a shipping label for returning the item, and the shipping cost will be covered by Zuitoo, as long as it is within the 60-minute return window.
- Items returned after the 2 days window will not be eligible for a refund or return.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in the original, unused condition.
- Refund Process: After the item is inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Physical Clothing Items: Once the returned clothing is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds for clothing are credited back to the payment card, wallet, or bank account that was used for the initial transaction.
Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under our 60-minute return policy:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed after delivery.
- Clothing without tags or items that have been altered (e.g., hemmed, shortened).
- Sale items, discounted products, or final sale items (unless stated otherwise).

Exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you can contact us within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on stock availability.
- If the requested size or color is available, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you free of charge.
- If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund to your original payment method.
