PART A – USER AGREEMENT & ACCOUNT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zuitoo website or app (Zuitoo.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Zuitoo is available to all users. Users under 18 should shop with a parent or guardian’s guidance.

3. Account Opening

  • Browsing is allowed without an account, but making a purchase requires one.
  • Registration requires valid details and may include OTP verification.
  • You’re responsible for the confidentiality and usage of your account.

PART B – ORDERS & PAYMENTS

4. Placing Orders

  • When you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation via SMS/email.
  • Zuitoo may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Options

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Wallets (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (only in supported areas)

PART C – DELIVERY & CANCELLATION

6. Ultra-Fast Delivery

  • Eligible orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes after confirmation.
  • Real-time tracking is available.
  • Delivery time may vary due to traffic or logistical factors.

7. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. However, returns can be requested after delivery if eligible.

PART D – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

8. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original packaging with tags
    • In a condition suitable for resale
  • No returns accepted after this 1-hour window.

9. Refund Process

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 hours after the returned item is picked up and inspected.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer, as per your preference.

PART E – PRODUCT, PRICING & OFFERS

10. Product Information & Pricing

  • All prices include taxes (in INR).
  • Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • Product images are representative; minor differences in color, style, or texture may occur.

11. Offers & Coupons

  • Only one coupon code applies per order unless otherwise specified.
  • Coupons must be applied at checkout; you can’t apply or modify them post-order.
  • Zuitoo reserves the right to modify or cancel offers at any time.

PART F – USER RULES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12. User Conduct

  • Fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, or system abuse may result in account suspension or legal action.

13. Ownership & IP Rights

  • All content, logos, and designs on Zuitoo are our property.
  • Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

PART G – LIMITATIONS & LEGAL

14. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liabilities

  • Zuitoo is not responsible for usage-related damages after delivery, minor variations in products, or delays caused by external factors.
  • You agree Zuitoo’s total liability won’t exceed the price paid for your order.

15. Force Majeure

Zuitoo is not responsible for delays or failures due to events like natural disasters, government actions, or other uncontrollable events.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform post-update implies acceptance of changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes settled in courts of Newtown, Kolkata.

17. Loyalty Program Changes

  • Zuitoo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time, with or without prior notice.

PART I – SIZE GUIDE & FIT POLICY

1. Sizing & Measurements

  • Zuitoo provides a detailed Size Guide on every product page to help you find the perfect fit.
  • Measurements are based on Indian standard sizes and are verified by our quality team.

2. Fit Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in fit may occur depending on fabric stretch, styling, and personal preferences.
  • If you're unsure, we recommend choosing one size larger for fitted clothing.

3. Fit Issues & Return

  • If the item doesn't fit as expected, you can request an exchange within 1 hour of delivery, as per our return policy.
